Refund Policy
BASE Refunds: If a child is absent from the Program, refunds will not be given. In the event that a child becomes totally unable to participate in Reading Extended Day due to extended illness, disability, or other reasons, upon written request, Reading Extended Day may agree at its discretion to refund or abate tuition fees should such appear appropriate.
Enrichment Program Refund: Participants who choose to withdraw after the first class and before the second class begins, are eligible for a full refund. After the second class, we will consult with the instructor to determine eligibility for a prorated refund. Parents must call the department office at 781-942-9136 to withdraw. Refunds are available as either a credit to your account or as a check. Please note a refund by check may take 2-3 weeks to process.
