Kids' Test Kitchen
Kids’ Test Kitchen invites young chefs to roll up their sleeves and dive into the delicious world of cooking. Students slice, dice, peel, measure and mix their way through fresh, whole, nourishing ingredients, discovering how simple foods can transform into tasty dishes they’re proud of. Along the way, they learn child-safe knife skills and develop confidence working in the kitchen.
With every recipe, kids build real-world know-how: science through heat and reactions, math through counting and measuring, reading through step-by-step instructions.
Kids' Test Kitchen will introduce new foods with care and intention, building confidence, esteem and comprehension. The choice to eat is always their own.
Kids will bring home the recipe card and either the focal food of the week, or a sample of the dish (take home changes for each recipe).
There will be no classes Monday October 12th and Tuesday October 13th.
