A sound bath meditation is an immersive, therapeutic, and restful experience where participants lie down and are "bathed" in sound waves and vibrations produced by instruments.
During the session we will do some guided breath work and a sound bath meditation. The use of a variety of instruments, including, but not limited to crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and a gong.
Please bring your own water, mat, pillow, blankets, eye masks. Fuzzy socks, etc. Anything that could make you feel a sense of comfort and ease. Sometimes as a person relaxes, you can get a bit chilly towards the end, so a blanket or sweater can be nice. Should you prefer to sit in a chair during the session, please let us know in advance.
