Come join the SNL Staff for a summer packed with activities, energy, fun! Many programs to choose from like All Sports, Arts & Crafts, Coding, Dance, Fantasy Sports, Legos, Nature Explorers, Minecraft, Photography, Pokemon, Story Builders and Theater. Each week students will choose an activity in the morning. Afternoons are for sports and other activities like arts and crafts.
All Sports Clinic: All Sports Clinic keeps participants moving with high-energy rotations through basketball, soccer, flag football, and fun skill challenges. Each day focuses on teamwork, leadership, and building confidence through play. Kids learn the basics of multiple sports while developing coordination and game sense. It’s an active, inclusive program where everyone gets in on the action.
Arts & Crafts: Arts and Crafts invites young creators to explore painting, drawing, sculpting, and mixed-media projects. Creators experiment with different materials and techniques while expressing their imagination. Projects change daily, offering lots of variety and hands-on discovery. It’s the perfect space for artistic kids to relax, create, and bring home something unique.
Coding Explorers: Coding Explorers gives kids a hands-on introduction to robotics, beginner coding, animation, and simple game design. Each day features a new STEM challenge that encourages creativity and problem-solving. Participants use kid-friendly tools to build, experiment, and bring their ideas to life. The program is designed to make STEM exciting and accessible for all learners.
Dance Academy: Dance Academy introduces kids to jazz, hip-hop, and musical theater in a fun and upbeat setting. Each day includes warm-ups, technique practice, and choreography sessions that help build confidence and rhythm. Students work together to create a routine and learn how a performance comes together.
Fantasy Sports: Fantasy Sports lets students step into the role of team manager and sports analyst. Kids track stats, set line ups, and learn how match ups and strategy influence outcomes. They also participate in mock press conferences and fun sports challenges. It’s an engaging way to build math skills, critical thinking, and confidence through the world of sports.
LEGOS: LEGO Builders Lab encourages kids to dream big and build even bigger. Participants tackle daily building challenges that spark creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork. From imaginative worlds to simple engineering designs, each project helps develop spatial thinking and collaboration. It’s an exciting program for any child who loves constructing and inventing.
Minecraft: Minecraft Creators Week lets kids build, design, and problem-solve inside the world they love. Kids take on fun challenges that encourage teamwork, creativity, and strategic thinking—whether they’re constructing worlds, completing missions, or designing in Creative Mode. Along the way, they learn digital citizenship and basic planning skills. It’s an exciting and structured way to enjoy Minecraft together.
Nature Explorers: Nature Explorers turns the outdoors into a science adventure as scientists learn about plants, animals, weather, and ecosystems. Kids participate in hands-on experiments, nature walks, scavenger hunts, and simple observation challenges. They practice curiosity, problem-solving, and environmental awareness through guided exploration. It’s a fun introduction to outdoor science for young adventurers.
Photography: Photography Week teaches kids how to see the world through a creative lens. Kids explore composition, lighting, and storytelling while using kid-friendly cameras or tablets. Each day features themed photo activities and outdoor exploration to spark inspiration. By the end of the week, they create a small portfolio showcasing their favorite shots.
Pokémon Trainer Club: Pokémon Trainer Club is perfect for kids who love strategy, friendly competition, and all things Pokémon. Participants learn how to build strong teams, understand type advantages, and think critically during battles. The week includes team tournaments, research challenges, and creative activities like designing their own Pokémon. It’s a fun, engaging way to practice math and problem-solving skills while playing the game they love.
Story Builders: Story Builders blends reading, creativity, and imagination as kids explore characters, settings, and what makes a great story. Each day includes group read-aloud, writing prompts, collaborative storytelling games, and simple bookmaking. Students create their own stories or comics and learn how to build a beginning, middle, and end. It’s a playful, confidence-boosting program for budding writers and big imaginations.
Theater Week: Theater Week brings imagination to life through acting exercises, improv games, and simple script development. Students explore character-building, creative storytelling, and stage presence in a supportive environment. They work together throughout the week to rehearse a short performance.
