Summer Adventure is a summer program consisting of seven week-long sessions. Each session will have its own unique theme around which the activities of the week will be based.  Kids will jump start their curiosity as they explore the weekly Summer Adventure camp themes using engaging hands-on projects and STEM theme related activities led by RPS teachers.  Each week offers a new adventure to unpack and investigate.
 
Throughout each week children will engage in games and activities planned and guided by staff consisting of our extended day staff, High School and College Students and Reading Public School Teachers. These will include sports, outdoor games, arts and crafts, and more tying into the core theme of each week.  The Summer Adventure will take place from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Three choices per week. All day option 8:00am - 4:00pm, Half Day AM option hours 8:00am – 12:00pm or Half Day PM option hours 12:00pm – 4:00pm.

Discover the magic of science with our 'Crazy Concoctions' theme week, featuring slime making and other fun experiments!

Session 4, Superhero Academy - July 15 - 19
Unleash your inner hero during our action-packed 'Super Hero Week,' where campers will embark on thrilling adventures and discover their own superpowers!

Session 5, Iron Chefs - July 22 - 26
Prepare for a culinary showdown during our 'Iron Chef Week,' where campers will compete in delicious challenges and showcase their cooking prowess!

Session 6, Summer Olympics - July 29 - Aug. 2
Let's go for the gold! Dive into the spirit of athleticism and competition with our 'Summer Olympics' week, where campers will participate in a variety of sports and games, aiming for gold and fun!

Session 7, Animal Kingdom - Aug. 5 - 9
Embark on a wild adventure with our 'Animal Kingdom' week, where campers will explore the fascinating world of wildlife through interactive activities and animal-themed adventures!
